How Affiliate Links Operate

Our published comparisons reference specific sensor systems and vendor products. When an affiliate relationship exists:

• Tracking Identifiers: Links directing you to an online merchant contain a unique tracking tag that identifies Isobar & Mast as the referring publication.
• No Surcharge to Readers: The retail price you pay remains completely unchanged. Commissions are paid entirely out of the merchant's standard operational or marketing margin.
• No Hardware Endorsement: Inclusion of an affiliate link does not constitute a certification of superior sensor accuracy or a guarantee of flawless performance under real yard conditions.

Editorial Boundaries & Merchant Relationships

We do not accept paid placement or sponsored rankings that override our documented architectural criteria. We assess gear against physical siting considerations (e.g., thermal exposure, battery longevity in sub-zero weather, transmission reliability across brick structures) rather than retail commission margins.
